Well it has been almost a month and I think I have finally fixed my problem. And yes, once again it was the Legal System that failed me. It turns out the paper work from the court was never sent to the DMV to update my driving record! This was almost 3 years ago that I went to court....I guess it is a good thing I wanted to save some money on my car insurance.
