I have been listening to the new Modest Mouse album We Were Dead Before the Ship Even Sank a lot over the past few weeks. This is a great album and as far as I'm concerned it is their best effort yet. They have such a unique sound that every time I listen to the album I wonder if there are any bands out there that have the same style?

Windows Live Stadium Tour: Gillette Stadium
Gillette Stadium is home to the New England Patriots of the NFL. Opened in 2002, this stadium has been the home of the Super Bowl Champions 2 of the 5 years it has been open. Interestingly enough 2 of the 3 AFC Championship games leading to the Super Bowl weren't played in Boston, but in Pittsburgh.

Windows Live Stadium Tour: Fenway Park
Fenway Park is yet another classic baseball stadium rich in history. Home of the Boston Red Sox, it has been home to many disappointing moments, some exciting moments and tons of great players. Sporting a monstrous wall in left field appropriately named the Green Monster, Fenway has been around since the 1912 baseball season.

Movie of the Week 005
Well it has been a while since I have posted a movie of the week selection. But now it is back and better than ever (I've added a picture). This weeks movie is actually two movies: Kill Bill Volumes 1 & 2. Since the story is not complete unless you watch both I felt it was only fitting to suggest it that way. Originally billed as the 4th Film by Quentin Tarantino, Kill Bill follows the story of a former assassin named the Bride as she enacts her revenge on her former friends and co-assassin's. Her ultimate goal is to kill Bill, her former boss. Tarantino superbly blends several different stlyes including action, spaghetti western, and even japanimation to tell his tail of revenge. Starring Uma Thurman, David Carradine, Michael Madsen, Daryl Hannah, Lucy Liu, Vivica A. Fox.

Funny or Die.com
There is an interesting new video site called Funny or Die. It appears to be a cross between YouTube and Digg. Viewers are given the choice to either immortalize a video, or to send it to its grave buy selecting from five different ratings. The site is a collaboration between Gary Sanchez Productions which is Will Ferrell and Adam McKay's company and as the About Us section states a bunch of Silicon Valley guys. It is meant to be a place that both established comedians and amateurs can post their videos. Hence the video titled The Landlord which stars Will Ferrell. Check it out below.

Wallstrip: Crocs
Today Wallstrip discusses Crocs, and I have to say I agree with most of what is said. I don't understand how a company that really makes one product will be able to last and continue to be successful. Everyone I know that has a pair swears by them though so they must be onto something.
